GRACE PERIOD VOTING
“Grace Period” Voting is an extension of the period of time for a voter to register to vote, or to update their registration information. The elector must have lived in the precinct for 30 days.
In order to qualify as a “Grace Period Voter”, you must first register to vote or update your registration information, then after doing so, you must then cast a “Grace Period” ballot at the time of registration. This can only be done in the Henry County Clerk’s Office.
For the April 6, 2021, Consolidated Election, Grace Period voting will be conducted at the Henry County Courthouse in the office of Barbara M. Link, Henry County Election Authority.
Grace Period voting begins on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 and ends on Tuesday, April 6, 2021.
Hours for Grace Period voting are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. On Tuesday, April 6, 2021, grace period voting hours are from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
The Henry County Clerk's Office will also be open for grace period voting on the following Saturday: April 3, 2021 from 8:00a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
