2. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tom Nicholson.

8. Member Ann DeSmith moved to confirm the reappointment of Mr. David VanDeVelde to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a term from December 1, 2008 to November 30, 2013. Member Kippy Nelson seconded the motion.

9. Member Karen Urick moved to confirm the reappointments of Mr. Steve Trego and Mr. Lyle Wirth to the Building Board of Appeals for terms from December 1, 2008 to November 30, 2011. Member Jim King seconded the motion.

23.
