Patrick Carpenter, DOB/080586

Patrick L. Carpenter:  Warrant issued December 19, 2005 in Henry County Court for Failure to Appear on Drug Charges.  Carpenter is described as a black male, 23 years old, 5 ft. 3 in. tall, 120 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.  Carpenter was last known to have lived in the Kewanee, IL area.

Lee Raymond Rousseau, DOB/061558

Lee Raymond Rousseau:  Warrant issued October 9, 2001 in Henry County Court for Drug charges. Rousseau is described as a white male, 51 years old, 6 ft. 4 in. tall, 160 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.  Rousseau was last known to have lived in the Geneseo, IL area.

Alejandro Chavez, DOB/103179

Alejandro Chavez:  Warrant issued January 17, 2001 in Henry County Court for a Probation Violation.  Chavez is described as a white male, 30 years old, 6 ft. tall, 160 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.  Chavez was last known to have lived in the East Moline, IL area.

Shellie Billingsley, DOB/022074

Shellie Billingsley:  Warrant issued July 15, 2003 in Henry County Court for a Probation Violation.  Billingsley is described as a white female, 34 years old, 5 ft. 2 in. tall, 118 lbs., with blond hair and blue eyes.  Billingsley was last known to have lived in the Colona, IL area.

Jason R. Scherr, DOB/012572

Jason R. Scherr:  Warrant issued February 16, 1999 in Henry County Court for a Probation Violation.  Scherr is described as a white male, 36 years old, 5 ft. 6 in. tall, 175 lbs., with red hair and blue eyes.  Scherr was last known to have lived in the Geneseo, IL area.

Victoria Jasso, DOB/022183

Victoria Jasso: Warrant issued October 31, 2001 in Henry County Court for felony drug charges.  Jasso is described as a white female, 25 years old, 5 ft. 2 in. tall, 110 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Jasso also goes by the name of Victoria Jafra and was last known to be in the Kewanee, IL area.

Valarie A. Davis: Warrant issued in Henry County Court on September 12, 2002 on a charge of Deceptive Practices.   Davis is described as a white female,  28 years old, 5 ft. 7 in. tall, 160 lbs., with black hair and green eyes.  Davis has lived in the Geneseo and Atkinson, IL areas.

Cody W. Smith, DOB/020479

Cody W. Smith: Warrant issued in Henry County Court on March 25, 2002 for a probation violation.  Smith is described as a white male, 29 years old, 6 ft. 2 in. tall, 250 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.  Smith was last known to be living in the Galva, IL area.

J. Santos Estrada Delgado, DOB/041865

J. Santos Estrada Delgado: Warrant issued June 23, 2006 in Henry County Court for Cannabis Trafficking and other drug charges.  Delgado is described as a white male, 43 years old, 5 ft. 7 in. tall, 175 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last known to have lived in California and possibly Mexico.  He has also used the name Armando Zamaripa.

"Manny" Juarez, DOB/041169

Manuel "Manny" Juarez: Warrant issued December 7, 2000 in Henry County Court for Failure to Appear on numerous drug charges.  Juarez is described as a white male, 39 years old, 5 ft. 8 in. tall, 180 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last known to have lived in the Kewanee, IL area, but has also been reported in Texas and Mexico.

Miguel D. Claudio, DOB/100380

Miguel D. Claudio: Warrant issued July 5, 2000 in Henry County Court for failure to appear on drug charges.  Claudio is described as a white male, 29 years old, 5 ft. 7 in. tall, 135 lbs., with black hair and green eyes. He was last known to have lived in the Kewanee, IL area but may have fled to Mexico.

Luis F. Bustillos, DOB/040169

Luis F. Bustillos: Warrant issued September 14, 1995 in Henry County Court for Failure to Appear on Drug charges.  Bustillos is described as a white male, 39 years old, 5 ft. 7 in. tall, 155 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last known to have lived in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Alberto Viera: Warrant issued October 17, 2002 in Henry County Court for Failure to Appear on Drug charges.  Viera is described as a white male, 37 years old, 5 ft. 5 in. tall, 120 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last known to have lived in the Los Angeles, CA area.

Wayne A. Brown: Warrant issued March 28, 2003 in Henry County Court for Failure to Appear on Drug charges.  Brown is described as a black male, 36 years old, 6 ft. 5 in. tall, 275 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last known to have lived in the Bedford, OH area and was associated with Damon Myrie below.

Damon Myrie: Warrant issued March 27, 2003 in Henry County Court for Failure to Appear on Drug charges.  Myrie is described as a black male, 35 years old, 5 ft. 6 in. tall, 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last known to have lived in the Bedford, OH area and was associated with Wayne Brown above.

Jemmoth A. Lewis, DOB/012551

Jemmoth A. Lewis: Warrant issued June 3, 1999 in Henry County Court for Failure to Appear on Drug charges.  Lewis is described as a black male, 57 years old, 5 ft. 7 in. tall, 175 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last known to have lived in the Southfield, MI area and was associated with Lenore Bailey below.

Lenore R. Bailey: Warrant issued June 3, 1999 in Henry County Court for Failure to Appear on Drug charges.  Bailey is described as a black female, 41 years old, 5 ft. 6 in. tall, 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She was last known to have lived in the Southfield, MI area and was associated with Jemmoth Lewis above.

Hector M. Rauda: Warrant issued December 2, 2002 in Henry County Court for Failure to Appear on Drug charges.  Rauda is described as a white male, 36 years old, 5 ft. 7 in. tall, 160 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last known to have lived in the Clearfield, UT area.
