WELCOME TO THE WEB PAGE OF THE HENRY COUNTY CLERK/RECORDER'S OFFICE
 

The County Clerk/Recorder’s Office takes care of a variety of tasks.  Vital records can be searched from the early 1800’s to the current year, which include marriage license, death records, and birth records.   The issuance of marriage records also takes place in my office.  Land records are kept in the Recorder’s Office to be viewed by the public.  Mortgages, releases, liens, and many other types of land documents are held here.  County board records, assumed names of businesses, notaries, and delinquent taxes are all available here.  My accounting department takes care of the county payrolls, insurance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and human resources.  Voter registration and elections are administered in this office as well.
