Need a Speaker?
State's Attorney Terence M. Patton will be happy to come to your meeting or event and speak on any topic and answer any questions relating to the State's Attorney's Office, the criminal justice system, or any specific concerns that your group has. The State's Attorney works for you - the citizens of Henry County - and you have the right to know what is being done to fight crime in your county.
The only limitations are:;
- A State's Attorney cannot discuss the facts and circumstances of a pending case because that may prejudice a defendant's right to a fair trial;
- A State's Attorney cannot discuss any juvenile matters, past or present, as juvenile matters are confidential.
