Hillcrest Home is centrally located in Henry County on Highway 82, between Cambridge and Geneseo. We are owned and operated by the citizens of Henry County and provide around-the-clock assistance for people who need help in caring for themselves. Hillcrest is licensed for 106 beds, provides Skilled-nursing care, and is approved for Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran's Assistance, Hospice and Respite care.

Employees who work at Hillcrest Home are committed to helping residents return to their highest level of functioning. We believe that quality care goes far beyond medical treatment. We are committed to serving the total needs of each of residents: medical, recreational, spiritual, personal, and social.

Hillcrest Home offers our full-time employees an excellent benefit package which includes paid holidays, vacation days, sick time, personal days, paid health insurance with prescription card, weekend bonus and retirement program. Part-time employees receive a prorated benefit package. We also offer shift differentials for second and third shifts. Employees are very willing to "car pool" to help with transportation.
